Cancellation Policy
Printbox believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipping has been initiated and the consignment has left Printbox’s warehouse / office location.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category or where special discount coupons have been used by the customer to avail dedicated discounts.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that Printbox marketing team has obtained on special & festival occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund Policy
Only if the request placed by the customers falls in the ambit of Cancellation or Returns Policy, Printbox’s Customer Care would look into the matter and after successful closure of the request under cancellation or returns policy would initiate the refund process. Refunds would be processed within 15 days period from the date of closure of the cancellation request or dispatch of the book to be returned to Printbox under the Returns Policy.
Return Policy
In case of receipt of damaged / defective / incorrect book/s, please report the same to our Customer Service team on mail@printbox.co.in. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the book/s. The damaged / defective / incorrect book/s shall be returned within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the book/s to the following address:

Arrangements to pickup the defective / incorrect book from the customer shall be made by Printbox’s carrier and would be informed to the customer in advance.
